🔍 Part 1: Clean Up the Existing Guest User Account

1. Remove User from All Groups
✔ Go to Microsoft 365 Admin Center → Groups → Active groups
✔ Search for the guest user’s email and remove them from all groups.

2. Delete the Guest User from Azure AD
✔ Navigate to Users → Guest users
✔ Search and delete the guest user.

3. Remove User Profile from SharePoint Online

✔ Under People, click Manage User Profiles, search for the guest, and delete.

4. Remove User from Site User Info List
