Step 1: Confirm Emails Exist on Webmail

  • Go to Outlook Web
  • Log in with your email credentials
  • Search for the disappearing emails
  • If they appear here, the issue is with the Outlook app, not your account

Step 2: Check and Disable Email Rules

  • Open Outlook
  • Go to Settings (⚙️) > Mail > Rules
  • Look for any rules that move or delete emails
  • Disable or delete suspicious rules
